USER INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds if the gel packs in room temperature, 1 minute if the gel packs are frozen.
2.2. Place packs in freezer for approximately 40-50 minutes.Do not put it in freezer for more than two hours to avoid it being too frozen and not pliable
